"Gel Electrophoresis"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDZUAleWX78
Gel electrophoresis is a laboratory method used to separate mixtures of DNA, RNA, or proteins according to molecular size. In gel electrophoresis, the molecules to be separated are pushed by an electrical field through a gel that contains small pores. This video was very interesting. The concepts of the video are explained down to the detail and can be understood by someone who has never heard of DNA Restriction and Electrophoresis. I like the section in the video where it talks about the role of the restriction enzymes, I never really had an explanation of restriction enzymes broken down in such simple terms.
