Lab Safety

On August 31st, 2021 we learned a great deal about what is considered to be safe and unsafe when conducting an experiment in the laboratory. We learned the importance of wearing leather shoes and that really stuck with me because I was under the impression before that all closed-toe shoes would be fine. Also through the video and discussion I learned the dangers of handling Dimethylmercury and the precautions and measures that should be taken to ensure safety is the first priority in the lab
