I like how at the very beginning the video takes time to show each one of the materials that will be used throughout the lab and tells the measurements of each one that is needed. I also really enjoy how they separate each of the steps making it easier for someone to backtrack if there is some sort of confusion.

 Serial Dilution video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCrNjHcfcpY The serial dilution method is  to estimate the concentration (number of colonies, organisms, bacteria, or viruses) of an unknown sample by counting the number of colonies cultured from serial dilutions of the sample , and then back track the measured counts to the unknown concentration I like this video because it's something that could teach someone at entry level biochemistry. It goes slow enough for you to comprehend what is going on and isn't so long and complex to where if you are confused on a step you don't have to replay the video multiple minutes back. So if anyone was to need a quick video to learn the essential basics of Serial dilution this is a video I would definitely recommend.  On August 31st, 2021 we learned a great deal about what is considered to be safe and unsafe when conducting an experiment in the laboratory. We learned the importance of wearing leather shoes and that really stuck with me because I was under the impression before that all closed-toe shoes would be fine.
